Nick Morford has served as owner and chief executive officer of Milo Construction since 2023.  Prior to taking ownership of the company, he was chief executive officer of Ecos Construction, a premier Orange County firm that worked closely with Milo Construction.  In this role, Nick worked hand in hand with clients to conceptualize, plan, and construct their dream custom homes.  He is a trusted partner to clients, committed to delivering them the keys to a home that exceeds their expectations and matches their passion.

Nick was previously a member of the California Fire Department for 13 years, rising to the rank of fire captain/engineer. During the final portion of his tenure with the fire department, he was chosen to spearhead the construction of new fire facilities in key locations outside of the U.S., including a state-of-the-art fire station in Saudi Arabia.

Born and raised in San Clemente, Nick has spent his entire life visiting the luxury beach communities that he now serves.
